When the airline cancels or alters your flight, you can usually choose between two options: rebooking for another date or time, or requesting a refund.

If your Ryanair flight is covered by our Self-Transfer Guarantee, please contact us for assistance with your schedule change. To verify if your booking is protected, please log in to "My Bookings", where these flights will be marked as "Self-transfer".

You can easily request changes or a refund for your booking directly on the airline`s website by following the instructions below:


  • Access the airline’s website by visiting https://www.ryanair.com/gb/en.
  • Click "My Bookings" in the top right corner of the page and change the page language if necessary.
  • Enter your airline reference number and the email address used at the time of booking, then click "Retrieve your Booking." Please note that a virtual email address may have been utilized for your booking on the airline site.
    To find the email used for your booking and the airline reference number, visit 'Airline Booking Details' on the "My Bookings" page.
  • Log into your Ryanair account. If you don't have an account yet, click "Sign up" to create one.
  • Once you have access to your booking, click "Manage This Booking"

From here, you can choose to either request a reimbursement or make changes to your booking.

Once you select your preferred option, follow the instructions on the website.

If you make changes to your booking, remember to save the updated itinerary and/or booking details in case you need to present them to the airline at the airport.

Important: When selecting a refund option, please keep in mind the following:


  • If you prefer a cash refund over a voucher, please complete this form: https://onlineform.ryanair.com/ie/en/cash-refund
  • Enter your airline reference number and the email address used at the time of booking, then click "Retrieve your Booking." Kindly note that a virtual email address may have been utilized for your booking on the airline site.
    To find the email used for your booking and the airline reference number, visit 'Airline Booking Details' on the "My Bookings" page.
  • After requesting a refund directly from the airline via phone or online form, please contact us. We will then complete the refund process and forward it to your original payment method once we receive it from the airline.
