- Services: You have already purchased any of our services, such as Flexible Ticket, Cancellation Guarantee or Cancellation Protection, and would like to utilize them to modify your booking.
- Flight Changes with Self-transfer Guarantee: If the airline has canceled or changed your flight, and your booking is protected by our Self-transfer Guarantee. To verify whether your booking is covered, please log in to "My Bookings"; protected flights will be marked as "Self-transfer".
