If you need to change or correct your name, please follow the steps below. The name of the traveling passenger must appear exactly as stated on the passport/ID to avoid complications at the airport.


  • Access the airline's website by visiting https://www.ryanair.com/gb/en.
  • Click "My Bookings" in the top right corner of the page and change the page language if necessary.
  • Enter your airline reference number and the email address used at the time of booking, then click "Retrieve your Booking." Please note that a virtual email address may have been utilized for your booking on the airline site.
    To find the email used for your booking and the airline reference number, visit 'Airline Booking Details' on the "My Bookings" page.
  • Log into your Ryanair account. If you don't have an account yet, click "Sign up" to create one.
  • Once you have access to your booking, click "Manage This Booking".
  • Select the option "Change Name" under "Manage your trip".
  • Select the passenger whose name you would like to change, and then follow the instructions provided on the website.
  • If you decide to proceed with the name correction, you will receive a new confirmation via email directly from the airline after submitting your payment. Please review this email carefully to ensure the new details are correct. Additionally, save your updated booking details in case you need to present them to the airline at the airport.
